 The DPS Officer's Association is proud to support The Trooper Teddy Program. DPSOA assists the Teddy Trooper Program by purchasing large quantities of teddy bears from our suppliers or by direct financial contributions for such purchases. The teddy bears are carried in DPS trooper vehicles for distribution to traumatized children at the scene of an automobile accident, domestic violence or natural disaster.
This is just another way that DPSOA supports the men and women of the DPS and public at large, especially children in need of comfort during an unsettling or threatening event.
