Legal Assistance Program
The DPS Officer’s Association has retained the law firm
of Lyon, Gorsky, Haring, & Gilbert, L.L.P to serve as General
Counsel for the Association. This is a full service law firm
with a long history of providing representation for public
safety employees. The General Counsel provides professional
liability representation for qualified members as well as other
legal services. The DPSOA will pay for reasonable and necessary
