Death Benefits
The members of DPS Officer's Association are eligible for a one time entitlement payment from the Death Benefit Fund. The Fund will pay the entitlement to the beneficiary of the qualified member at the time of death. Current active duty and retired members that are in good standing with the Association are the only individuals that are eligible for this benefit.
